Our stylishly built holiday home with a castle character can accommodate up to 10 people on 130 square meters. It consists of the original, newly built half-timbered house and a ground level living area with "turrets". On the upper floor of the half-timbered house there is a double bed with separate mattresses, table and couch for relaxing and access to the roof terrace via a balcony, on the lower floor there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed that is suitable for 2 people. A small shower room with towel heating and window is also available. In the adjoining living area on the ground floor there is a double bed with separate mattresses in the tower room, in the adjoining living room / bedroom there is a day bed that can be pulled out to a double bed and a sofa bed as well as a TV and a children's play area, adjoining it is a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and directed towards the entrance a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and large extending table in a room with double sofa bed and TV in the center of the whole house.
The upper floor of the half-timbered house offers a wide view of the field meadow opposite and magnificent sunsets. A huge, invisible roof terrace with panoramic views and green roofs (new!) invites you to relax and sunbathe. The garden offers opportunities for playing (play house with slide, swing, sandpit with toys), sunbathing and relaxing and for cozy barbecues. There is also an outdoor sauna. The house is lovingly, comfortably and well furnished. 4 cars can be parked comfortably on the property. Two electric gates provide security and enable easy access by remote control. A carport provides storage space.
When it rains, the TV, board games, lots of children's toys and books make for an entertaining time.
