We are here in Corbières, surrounded by the famous vineyards, and just steps from the Cathar castles. The scenery and wildlife of the surrounding hills are ideal for hiking. Migratory birds have colonized the Sigean pond will delight the curious. Farniente is also the part with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Leucate and Port la Nouvelle. The smaller resorts more confidential of La Franqui or Lapalme welcome lovers of authenticity.

The semi attached cottage has been completely renovated and decorated with great taste. The materials are noble and warm colors, stone and wood are featured. It opens onto a green area of over 1000 m² with a large private swimming pool secured by a fence at summer time and covered when temperatures drop to spread your swimming season. Usually the cover is on from mid june or end of june (depend on temperature) until mid september. The swimming pool of 8 m X 4 m and 1.30 m of depth is open the year around.
