The 2-bedroom villa offers a private pool and is fully equipped to meet your every need. The villa has been carefully decorated with a rich earnestness for detail using handmade and traditional furnishings to give a unique style and high standard of comfort.
Located in Agios Nikolaοs in Volimes one of the most idyllic locations of the island and offers magical views over the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
The villa is a three storey building measuring 85m². It can accommodate 4-6 persons and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with a wooden table and fixed sofas. A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic master bedroom with a four-poster double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. From the first floor, there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor where the second bedroom is, which consists of two single beds, a bathroom, and a living area containing two sofa beds. The outside area measures approx 100m² and is accessible from the ground floor. It leads to the private pool, a hydromassage Jacuzzi, and a sun lounge area with sunbeds. Additionally, there is a wooden pergola for relaxing moments under the sun and a beautiful stone-built private BBQ.
