Positive: The views were nice. Beach was great! The kitchen had all of the essentials needed. Plenty of space for spreading out.
Negative: The place seemed well kept. Things could use a look over. One of the couches had a missing wheel, and the other was breaking. The master bath toilet was loose and would hit the wall. The washer had mold in it. The worst part, though, was roaches. Yes, roaches can be anywhere, but there were lots. I killed 8 in 5 minutes one morning. Yes, I did bring it to their attention. It was a known issue as there were roach glue traps set up under sinks. They were in the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Definitely needs a good fumigation.
