1 Bedroom Condo in Historic Kailua Village, Kailua-Kona
Our End Unit ground floor condo has 1BR, with a King-size bed, 48" flat screen Smart TV, A/C, sliding barn door to the bathroom and bamboo privacy shades in the bedroom. We also offer a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
The kitchen is complete, with every appliance and gadget you need to make yourself feel at home.
The kitchen opens completely to the living room, and you can see unobstructed ocean views from every room in the home.
The living room includes a brand new 54" flat screen Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tommy Bahama furniture including the sleeper sofa. We've just completed a remodel in March 2019 and we are always keeping it in 5 star standards!! From the remodeled bathrooms complete with spa amenities for your enjoyment, to the kitchen. Full size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Our condo is unique because it's only one of a few that is an end unit which makes it very open, light and bright with breathtaking views!
You will love sitting on the lanai watching the million dollar sunsets! If the sun is so bright, don't worry, we have installed top of the line roller shades for the lanai!!
AMMENITIES:
Right beside our condo is the complex pool and jacuzzi. There is also the cabana and new BBQ grills for your convenience. There's plenty of tables, umbrellas and chaise lounges for you to enjoy.
Straight in front of our condo is the ocean. Sit back and watch the surfers and boogie boarders catch waves!
Just to the left is the beach, less than 75 feet from the lanai.
We have a parking garage for your convenience and there is never a hunt for a parking space!
INCLUDED:
New Linens, towels and blankets are provided for both the King size bed and sofa sleeper along with beach towels. Don't worry about beach chairs and beach supplies, we have that covered! (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear) Don't forget to bring your suntan lotion!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
During your stay you can take in the many beautiful natural attractions of this island like the Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park, Mauna Kea Summit, and City of Refuge. Unwind and relax with several of the restaurants within walking distance, take in some great live music or work on your swing at our lush expansive golf courses. When you are here in Kona, this is a wonderful place to spend your vacation.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Kona is our favorite place to be! It is not overrun by high rise hotels and tons of traffic!! It definitely has the small town feel which makes it even more relaxing! Everyone is so friendly and always greets you with a smile! Within walking distance to the Village, restaurants and shops, it's the perfect getaway. Grocery stores like Safeway, Sac N' Save and Daylight Mind Bakery and Cafe are just up the hill.
Kona is also home to major renowned golf courses, or if you prefer fishing, there are many tour operators ready to take you.
GETTING AROUND:
You are walking distance to town to enjoy the many shops and restaurants.
The Kona Trolley, also known as the Keauhou Honu Express Shuttle, is an open air trolley that travels round-trip between the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Kailua-Kona, the Kailua Pier, Kona International Marketplace, and Macy's, making numerous stops along Ali'i Drive. This is a nice way to see the town and avoid driving, especially if you are staying in Kailua-Kona. The Kona Trolley runs daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Fare is $2.00/person per transfer. (prices subject to change)
If you prefer two-wheeled transportation, there are a number of options for bicycle rentals and motorcycle rentals on the Big Island.
Whatever method of Big Island transportation you choose, getting there is half the fun. There is so much to see and do. Whether you are traveling solo or rubbing elbows with a Hawaii tour group, enjoy the ride!
The Hawaii County Mass Transit Agency provides public Hawaii transportation around the Big Island on the Hele-On Bus. They offer the only public transportation to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, with service Monday-Friday from Hilo.
Bus fare is $2.00 per ride or you can purchase a sheet of 10 tickets for $15.00. A monthly pass is $60. Discounts of close to 50% are offered for students and senior citizens. Hele-On runs on a limited schedule around the island so be sure to check their website. (prices subject to change)
