★Guests will use the gate in the driveway to access the unit (it is the driveway to the right when looking at the house from the street).
★Once in the driveway, Lily's Pad is located past the stairs to the main house, and around the corner to the left.
★Tip: follow the path lighting & signage at night to the correct unit.

★There is a renovation project underway on one of the carriage house units on the property. You may hear construction noise and see workers during daytime hours.
★ Charleston’s Lowcountry is prone to flooding during periods of heavy rain, and the yard at this property may retain water when storms roll through. While these events aren’t frequent, they can happen with little warning.
Please note that the area directly in front of the home can flood, so we recommend avoiding parking there during heavy rain. Guests choosing to park in front do so at their own risk.
★This unit is attached to the main home. Please expect to see other people and workers entering and exiting the shared driveway gate.
★There are two other rental units on-site, which may be occupied. We always encourage guests to say hello and make new friends!
★Pets under 50 lbs are welcome with a paid pet fee. Please keep your furry friend leashed when outside and help us keep the grounds clean by picking up after them.
