Summary: My friend and I came down for a dog show. We needed a place to let all of us have down time between shows. The location is one short block from the beach which has gorgeous sunsets! The neighborhood is easy walking with lots of people up early taking their pups for walks. Very friendly folks! The place was cute. I made the owner aware of the very slippery floors in the bathroom and the need for grab bars and a bigger anti slip mat in the shower. She said she would address. The back yard is not accessible except by going out the front door and opening a side gate. The fence between its duplex neighbor has a couple boards missing( which she said they would address. However between that and many surf boards and other fun items you are able to use, it is NOT a backyard to let a dog run around. It was not a problem for us as we needed to keep ours very clean and I enjoy walking my dogs. Overall it was perfect for us and we would return.
