Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very nice little studio outside the historical center of Firenze. Clean and functional. Easy communication with the owner for convenient self check-in. One line of tram just in front of the location so very convenient to go to the center of town.
Negative: As warned, parking is a nightmare and reaching the location difficult with a car if you want to avoid all ZTL zones, although the studio itself is outside it. The staircase to the bed, which is on the mezzanine, is narrow and ceiling low but it was not a problem for us. There was a small bottle of milk left on the counter probably during cleaning as it contains a cleaning liquid. That could have been dangerous if mistakenly believe to be milk!
Summary: A convenient studio as a base to explore Firenze.
