Summary: The property was not what was promised. I had to reach out to the property manager to find out what the process was to check in the day before I was due to arrive, as nobody messaged me, and luckily I did. I was not going to make the window of only 30 minutes to speak with reception as they close at 2.30pm, (check in is at 2pm). So apparently I would need to enter codes to get into the building. Both codes sent to me were totally wrong. I was able to squeeze in the glass doors as they slightly opened when I entered the first incorrect code at the front door, and then tried the code for the lockbox which again was also wrong. Thankfully the phone number was there to call for help and Jennie did answer my call and gave me the correct info. Finally in my room I arrived to a queen bed when I had very clearly asked for 2 single beds, and these were also in the photos of the room on the website. I specifically said that this room was for my adult daughter and myself, so this was not an ideal situation. For the hefty price of the room I was very disappointed.
