St. Emilion is a contemporary executive home situated on the 13th Beach Golf Links. Set amongst quality new homes (mainly holiday homes) a few minutes walk from the 13th Beach Golf Club House where you can enjoy the restaurant facilities for breakfast lunch or tea. A new hotel is also part of the 13th Beach complex and only a few minutes drive. A 5 minute drive to the centre of Barwon Heads, 20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, Geelong, Portarlington, St. Leonards, Wineries etc, or a 1 hour drive via the Great Ocean Road to Lorne.
St Emilion has three generous bedrooms with three plush queen beds, to comfortably sleep 6 guests.

There are two bathrooms, with two showers and 1 bath, 2 toilets, and modern well equipped kitchen with Euro appliances, coffee machine, TV, DVD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, BBQ, outdoor setting for 8. For some entertainment there is a billiard table in the main area and a cosy log fire. Plus split system air conditioning for year round comfort.
Fenced play area to side with a built-in swing set, there is an outdoor shower, the rear is facing the golf course and offers a lovely spacious vista. A great location for holidays if you play golf, or if you just want a lovely holiday in a peaceful setting. There is also beach access from the Golf Club Estates.
