Positive: Great location, convenient, great for one person. Modern, comfortable. Has the majority of the things you need for a short stay.
Negative: It was a bit less clean and well-maintained compared to other apartments in the same building I stayed at (multiple). A great choice for a single traveler nonetheless.
Summary: Technically, it’s an officetel (if you know Korea, you know). I’ve stayed in several apartments in this building before
