Beautiful large home with a striking 2 level recreation room, huge indoor fireplace, outdoor pool with a fire pit, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and entertainment area, all located walking distance to a swimming beach and hip restaurants! An entertainers dream or a private retreat; we have big TV and lots of room for you are your guests to enjoy in comfort. Stylishly furnished and stocked for a home away from home. Have fun with the whole family at this versatile chalet, with 5 bedrooms with quality sheets and mattresses, and 3.5 baths and full laundry. For more space inquire about our in-laws cottage also available for rent with this property that sleeps an additional 2 people.
The main house opens up into a large chefs kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need, including a 6 burner wolfblass stove, large fridge, a nespresso machine and kurig coffee machine, kitchen aid and blender. The kitchen opens up to an outdoor patio with furniture, out outdoor kitchen with sink and pizza oven overlooking the pool. In the living room we have an 8+ person dining table, large tv, multiple couches and fireplace that are cozy yet grand.
The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with it private full bath: double sink, soaking tub and steam shower.
An additional half bath and laundry room are also accessible from the main floor.
Above the recreation space is a large a-frame bedroom overlooking the pool, opposite a cozy but private bedroom with a full bath and shower.
On the other end of the house, another stairway leads to two large and bright bedrooms, each with a skylight and closet, sharing a private bath with shower. One has a king sized bed and the other two queens.
An additional ‘in-laws’ apartment can be rented next door that would add another full kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom across from the house for an additional fee.
