Unique personality flows throughout the home. The first floor has a chef's kitchen with an island for everyone to gather; an oversized family room with double french doors that open to the fenced in backyard with a pool; a large dining room that can sit up to 8; plus a half bath.
The second floor has a tranquil master suite, with king bed and a spacious en-suite bath and steam shower; an additional queen bedroom that can also be used as an office; another full bath with tub; a third bedroom is set up currently as a nursery with a crib; and a spacious laundry room completes this level.
A window lined staircase leads to the 3rd floor with a large bonus room, fourth bedroom w/ king-sized bed, and beautiful marble full bathroom.

Summary: We rented this house for a ten day getaway from the city and it was perfect! It’s a beautiful house and the location was great. We have a young child and the short walk to the beach was invaluable, he especially enjoyed pushing the wagon the host left us to bring all our beach stuff :). The pool and backyard is so nice and we had a thoroughly relaxing trip. Steve was an excellent host and was always so communicative. We highly recommend renting this property and hope to come back!
