Built in 1926 it was restored in 2016 with great respect for its original structure. It is situated on a private plot of 2000 square meters at 150 meters from the coast which is partly rocky and partly sandy, with a beach equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and equipment for water activities, as well as a bar-restaurant-pizzeria. The proximity to the sea gives the villa a pleasantly ventilated and beneficial climate to be enjoyed under the large shady portico.
