With private garden overlooking the Cromarty Firth, Ben Wyvis and Dingwall, this two storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern house offers comfort and style with ample outside space. Located in the village of Culbokie on the northern side of the Black Isle, the house is close to a small convenience store, post office, restaurant and pub with summer outside seating. This dog friendly holiday home is a short walk from a number of woodland areas, great for family walks. A children’s playpark is nearby.
Ground floor: Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors opening to a paved area with spectacular views towards Ben Wyvis and the Cromarty Firth. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs off kitchen to first floor: Bedroom 2: Double bed, clothes storage rack. Great views. Bedroom 3: Two single beds (one bed is 175cm long, suitable for a child). The second bed has a pull out mattress to accommodate another child or small adult. If requiring the additional pull out bed please let us know when booking. Wardrobe with clothes storage rack. Great views. Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and wash basin. Outside: Ample off-street private parking at the front of the house. Private patio area with outside table and chairs. Barbeque. Heating is via a air source heat pump system. A travel cot (own linen required), high chair and stair gate are available at no extra cost. There is an iron and board and hairdryers in each bedroom.
