This Penthouse located in a 3rd floor is part of Punta Plata development within Flamingo Marina Resort complex. It has two confortable plush king size beds, BBQ grill, access to private beach and pool in common areas.
The Space:
Top Floor/one story Penthouse. Best water views in the entire area. You see the ocean, the bay and the new marina. Large balcony is extremely livable, sunny, shady and wonderful breezes. You can see the sun and the moon rise over the mountains. The inside is beautifully furnished throughout. Original paintings from local artists and 2 flat screen TV's with DVD's. The all new fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with amazing granite features. This spacious condo offers two suites, each with a king bed. The second room has an additional twin bed. The open floor plan offers spectacular views from every room!
Enjoy the beautiful views that every room in this corner penthouse offers! Not only do you have a pool in your own backyard but you can also see across the bay to the mountains and over to the Flamingo Marina. After breakfast on your terrace you can walk down to relax on the semi-private beach or enjoy kayaking, snorkeling or fishing. Then head your favorite restaurant for lunch and a delicious Mojito's! You can't beat Costa Rica's Mojito's!
This condo is centrally located in Playa Flamingo, which offers one of Costa Rica's few white sand beaches. There are also many excellent restaurants and shops. Adventure activities are plentiful.
