The 2 story villa has 2 large bedrooms (plus a loft space), 3 full bathrooms, full gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room. 2200 square feet of luxury living space, includes marble flooring throughout, granite and marble showers, baths and countertops and native wood accents.
BRAND NEW furnishings (2022 & 2024) give you the authentic feel of a vacation property. Sink into the comfortable sofas, enjoy dining on real dining chairs with a beautiful round dining table and extra stools at the counter bar for those who enjoy keeping the chef company!
The extra large master bedroom is complete with the most comfortable king sized bed and extra large dresser and an 8 foot tall armoire. The view from this bedroom is exquisite featuring the perfect place to enjoy the ocean view by day and the sunset every evening (not all villas have this view!)
The second bedroom has an equally comfortable king size bed that can be separated to form two twin XL beds. In the loft above this room, there is a double size gel memory foam bed for the kids to have their own nook!
Motorized blackout blinds and sheer curtains offer you the option of waking up to the sunrise or sleeping in!
The main floor patio offers the same stunning view as that of the master bedroom deck, but has the convenience of a dining set, sofa, lounge chairs & coffee table to end the day with a full view of the sunset.
Three full bathrooms complete the personal space all designed for comfort and luxury with marble and glass showers, stone counters and plenty of space for your personal effects. The master ensuite boasts a stand alone soaker tub, double sinks and a private toilet in addition to a large shower with a stone feature wall.
Brand new luxury hotel quality linens and towels are ready for your use! Beach towels are provided for your outdoor time and are replaced regularly. And leave all of this laundry for your daily cleaner to look after. Our cleaner comes every day with a bright smile and a work ethic like no other!
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a SubZero refrigerator, Smeg and KitchenAid appliances; cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a separate wine fridge and full size in-suite laundry. This villa even has an espresso maker to make those mornings extra perky! Other small appliances include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a blender for those frosty beverages. Dishware, glassware and cutlery are all brand new. And the drawers contain every kitchen gadget on the market!

The Palms complex shares a gorgeous setting on the oceanside that includes an adults only pool as well as a magnificent 100 foot infinity pool facing the ocean and complete with bar and food services on location. There is lots of green space for everyone to enjoy some fun, as well as space for those seeking private quiet time. There is no shortage of lounge chairs or umbrellas so there’s no need to be waking up before the sun to scramble out to claim your beach or pool chairs.
