Early morning or late evening place to drink coffee or sip wine while watching the boats in the marina. Two bedrooms on the second floor each have a glass door leading to their own balcony with a view of the gardens and out over the ocean. Main floor has a brand new kitchen, large living room with wood-burning fireplace, and large terrace for breakfast. Front and back gardens are lush with bushes, flowers and trees. Two minute walk to Torba Marina, and continue walking along the ocean for 5 or 10 minutes to reach the shops and restaurants of Torba. Keep your car in the secured parking spot, or walk 2 minutes to take the shuttle into Bodrum. Corner store 2 minutes walk away, and a weekly farmer's market in Torba. The house has been completely remodeled in 2022 and is in a quiet and elegant neighbourhood. A lovely place to relax and enjoy!
