There is a wrap around deck around the entire house and dramatic floor to ceiling glass in the living area. The house also features a loft area perfect for extra sleeping capacity, kids play area, work out area, or home office. There is also an amazing new outside shower, with a 16" rain fall shower head, plenty of hot water and a gorgeous modern design of wood/concrete/steel, that provides an incredible outdoor shower experience. The house is a short 5 min drive from the Menemsha Beach, Larsen's Fish Market, Homeport Restaurant, Menemsha Market, Chilmark Store, and Lucy Vincent Beach.
