Our house is situated on the edge of the São Miguel River with a privileged view of the mountain. The House is next to the Valley of the Moon, ideal place to feel peace and live intensely the air of Chapada dos Veadeiros.
From the house to Vila de São Jorge is +/- 12Km and to Alta Paraíso is 35Km.
We advise always higher car, type, Pick-up, SUV, 4X2 or 4X4. Not that normal car is impossible, just for the sake of comfort.
In the next house we have the caretaker who can assist in any detail or information, Mr. GEOVANI.
House with 300 m² of built area in a charming project, land with 50 thousand m², all surrounded by green and fresh air to oxygenate your lungs.
It is surrounded by lots of greenery, plants, gardens, great diversity of wild birds and flocks of macaws of all types and colors, very cozy and pleasant space, excellent for rest and relaxation enjoying the full nature around you.
The house is in a privileged location, cozy, quiet, overlooking the mountains, with proper place for bathing, forests, fruit trees within the property. Space for bonfire and various trails.
We have private helipad within the property.
Access home by dirt road, we have parking for several cars.
The house sleeps up to 10 people in beds and is composed as follows:
Very large, large balcony with table and wooden benches, in front of the house and side with enviable view.
Living room and kitchen with conventional TV, benches with dining table with 08 seats.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for your stay, containing: Duplex Refrigerator, 4 burner stove, oven, granite countertops, cabinets, cooking utensils and cookware.
1st Bedroom: Suite with double bed and one single bed
2nd Bedroom: Suite with double bed and one single bed.
3rd Bedroom - Suite with a double bed.
4th Bedroom - One double and one single bed.
NOTE: We do not provide bed and bath linen. The renter must take. We provide pillows.
04 bathrooms being 03 bathrooms of the suites and 01 full bathroom.
Social bathroom with luxury shower, toilet, bidet, wooden worktop and exposed tub, mirror cabinet, 3-drawer furniture.
Outside Area: balconies, garden, lawn, barbecue.
