Three Cays Villa is an oceanfront four bedroom four bath masterpiece . It has a small beach immediately behind villa which appears during low tide. The views from this 'Taj Mahal in the tropics' are endless and mesmerizing. It was completely renovated in the last three years and has a brand new and substantially expanded guest house just completed. The guest house was demolished and is new in every respect. It is the villa’s most romantic and compelling area. Additionally, the villa has a new kitchen and new stainless steel appliances made by Thermador. It has granite countertops, lighting, complete with an island with sitting for six, etc. All bathrooms in the main structure are brand new, complete with luxurious vanities, granite counter tops and glass enclosed showers. Upstairs, both rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom has been totally reconfigured with a massive picture window facing the ocean to allow one to view it while laying in bed. Furniture throughout the house is also brand new. There are are new windows and doors throughout the villa with a colossal opening leading out to the exterior terrace and it is graced with sliding pocket doors which may be completely opened to one side to allow trade winds to flow through the villa.
Sit by the pool in the fully landscaped gardens or lounge by the ocean on the large coral stone tile patio. For those who love to snorkel, Three Cays Villa is named as such, because directly behind the villa are three natural reefs teeming with sea life.

Summary: If you’re looking for a spectacular home away from home, Three Kay’s is the place. The Villa is beyond what the listing describes. It’s not until you step into the home and see the surroundings in order to actually grasp what awaits you. Enough space for 8 adults - parents and 3 adult children with their significant others. The kids had the main house and we the parents opted for the guest which was perfection. The location is super ideal. Private, quiet, safe and secure and super clean. A quick drive to anywhere. Opted to have a private chef come in each night for dinner. The Chef stated the kitchen was top notch and had everything needed to prepare for a large group. Even watched the leafs win game 6 on the big screen. Eduardo and Claudia are very special people. Attentive and kind. Their home radiates love and family.A big thank you to both!!We will be back - 110%
