Accommodate up to three families at this conveniently located waterfront home on a 5-chain lake. All the cottage feels while still being super close to grocery, LCBO and drug stores and restaurants. Water is deep off the dock and there's a shallow entry for little ones. Air hockey, darts, retro arcade game console, cornhole, crokinole and lots of board games and puzzles.
Mid-Morning to evening sun off the dock provides day long warmth and spectacular sunsets. Lots of shaded area to relax. The kayaks, two paddle boards and a lily pad will keep kids entertained for hours. (And two TV rooms plus additional bar/living room area when everyone is tired).
Local trails for hiking, ATV, skiiing or snowmobiling.
The home is surrounded by old, tall trees, so there's complete privacy. Spectacular views can be enjoyed from the dock, deck or any of the 3 windowed living rooms.

Summary: Just got back from our family of 8 vacation. Every one of us had the time of our life! This cottage has everything you will need. You are right on the lake, and the most perfect spot, as boaters are prohibited from speeding through this part of the lake, making it safe for swimming and paddleboarding. The cottage is immaculate! The town is just a 7 minute drive for essentials and some fabulous restaurants/pubs. Sheri, the host was always accessible if I had any questions. Basically, I can't say enough about this cottage. I definitely intend on going back!
