The unit has a spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the condo with a queen bed, closet, writing desk and a new smart TV. The den has been re-designed as a bedroom with a closet, accordion door shut-off and a separate door access. This den also has a new twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three persons comfortably and a wall mounted TV. From this den,, when the accordion door is opened, you can view the ocean and hear the waves crash against the shore. The tastefully decorated den with carefully selected lighting makes the room extra cozy and provides flexibility for privacy with the accordion door either opened or closed. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping for at least two persons.
The living area is open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen all positioned for maximum views of the ocean. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, granite counter tops, tile flooring, dishwasher and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home.
