Summary: For those on a budget, this is a great deal; reasonably clean and convenient, but read the ad carefully. The home owner--who lives upstairs--is a nice lady, but despite what vrbo ads say, she has rules. My primary complaints: 1. You share bathroom and shower with other renters. 2. Lotsa noise from upstairs. 3. Terrible communication about checkin/out. You get what you pay for, and for its cost, this was a fine place to stay.
