This spacious and modern above garage one room studio has a private entrance and is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay in the area. Nestled in a mix-use community with both retail and residential properties, Studio M is just 6 miles south of historic downtown Franklin and 27 miles south of the Nashville Broadway scene.
Studio M guests are provided with a queen size bed, air mattress, extra linens, sofa, 50" smart TV, full bathroom with shower/tub, a coffee bar, mini refrigerator and microwave. The studio is above
a residential garage that is separated from our home by a breezeway. You may see us in passing, but the studio is private and will be all yours during your stay! Enjoy the neighborhood's retail, walking trails, pond, creek and playground.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here during our Ramsey Money&Marriage Getaway. Its was the perfect spot for us just 15mins away from the event center. Only wished they had a closet space or somewhere to hang up clothes. Besides that one little thing everything was perfect!
