Le gîte "LE ROSIER 63" , maison rénovée, spacieuse, et cosy , classée 2 ** pour 4 personnes, au cœur du village vigneron LE CREST.
Idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites naturels d'Auvergne et son patrimoine ( Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Massif du Sancy, lacs de cratère, villages classés, châteaux Eglises Romanes...), ou vous rendre à Clermont -Ferrand.
A 5 mn de l'A 75 et du Zenith, 15 mn du lac d'Aydat, 20 mn du centre ville de Clermont et de la Chaine des Puys, et environ 40 mn des pistes de skis de Super Besse.
Au départ du gîte des ruelles et chemins de randonnées vous emmèneront découvrir la Montagne de la Serre, la Vallée de l'Auzon, let e village avec son panorama à 360°.
Sa proximité avec le Zénith et la Grande Halle vous permettra d'assister aux divers événements programmés ( Concerts, Foires, Sommet de l'élevage, salons ), ou de profiter du centre ville de Clermont-Ferrand.
D'une superficie spacieuse (plus de 80 m2), la maison se compose:
- au rez de chaussée d'une pièce de vie salon/séjour/cuisine, d' une salle d'eau avec sanitaires.
- au 1er étage 1 grande chambre avec 1 lit Queen size et un espace bureau, une 2e chambre avec 2 lits 90. Les chambres ont des rangements/penderies avec cintres.
- au 2ème étage vous accédez à des combles en sous pente aménagés en petit salon.
- un grand cuvage fermé accueillera vos Vélos/ VTT/ Skis.
Lit parapluie/ Chaise haute/ matelas à langer disponibles sur demande.
Aucun frais de ménage n'étant facturé, nous demandons aux voyageurs de rendre le gîte dans le même état de propreté qu'à l'arrivée. Dans le cas contraire un montant de 100 € sera retenu sur la caution.
Matériel de nettoyage et produits à disposition pour l'entretien du logement.
