3 Bedroom House in Black Mountain

Newly restored brick home centrally located in a park like setting with beautiful surrounding mountain views. It is an easy walk to downtown restaurants and quaint shops. Just a few minutes from trailheads and popular Asheville is only fifteen minutes away.
The neighborhood is a community of artists and long time residents of Black Mountain.
A nearby stream in a wooded area and vacant meadows provide for the abundant wildlife we share space with.
The home has three bedrooms and each has a queen size bed. One of the three has a twin bed in the room in addition to the queen bed.
The master bedroom has a small deck with a retractable screen door. Master also has a full bath.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a half bath off the hallway.
The living/ dining area is a large open space and it opens onto a large deck with mountain views.
The main door has a small covered porch and opens to a reading room. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and a large amount of storage space and a pantry. It, also, has a table and a bakers rack.
The dining area in the living room is large enough to seat six and maybe seven if folks are small.
We give ourselves plenty of time, 2 days, between bookings to make certain everything is spotlessly clean. We thoroughly sanitize everything, including linens, light switches, coat hangers, door knobs, door handles, railing surfaces, remote controls, all appliances, all touchable surfaces. Your health and safety is top priority.
