This beautiful house is three minutes off of Interstate 65 and only a 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs. 20 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This is the perfect place to stay for your Derby Weekend!
This beautiful home offers a double driveway and 2 two car garages for ample parking space. The outside areas include a covered hot tub with led lights, tv and privacy curtains. There is also a fire pit and large outdoor dining table and chairs. Off the kitchen is a covered seating area comfortable for 8 people with a gas grill. All outside areas overlook a beautifully landscaped yard with a small creek. ( A Taeger Pellet smoker is also available outside, along with a commercial deep fryer. )
Inside this gorgeous house is a main level with kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, half bath, and master suite and master bath. All newly remodeled with beautiful decor.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms (queen beds) , 1 full bath and laundry room/closet.
The basement is a uniquely decorated bar area with pool table, poker table, TV, sofa, a half bath and one bedroom.
This is the perfect place for your group to come stay and enjoy the Derby Week or Weekend festivities. Conveniently located and affordable!
