2000 square foot home in new condition. Located in the middle of all major attractions! 45 miles from down town New Orleans, 15 miles from Bay St.Louis, and 25 miles from Biloxi! Come and enjoy weather your on vacation, looking for a beach getaway or site seeing the beautiful towns with many historic features! Short drive to casinos in Biloxi, Gulfport, or Bay St.Louis! Home has grassy yard, fire pit,charcoal grill and concrete driveway with covered concrete front porch.
Dollar General and Gas stations 5 miles in both directions. 12 miles from two different Walmart’s in either direction with many other stores! 20 miles from Slidell where there’s mall shopping! Address is “Picayune” but we are located in Hancock County 5 miles from Kiln

Welcome to our family home in the quiet country setting! We are family friendly,fully furnished home. We have extra blankets, pillows and cookware.
During your stay:
1. No smoking inside, we do offer a butt Bucket out side on both covered patios
2. Trash pick up is Thursday morning, if you are here during that time please roll provided trash can out to road
3. Please do not turn A.C BELOW 65,other than that you have full control over the heat and air!
4. If using glass containers outside please discard in the trash can for the safety of others
5. You are responsible for any actions or accidents that may occur during your stay
When Checking out:
1. Please leave any beds slept in unmade
2. Please return keys to lock box
Additional information for emergency contacts and Extras are on a flyer on the refrigerator! The damage deposit is refunded if no damage or incidents occur. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us.
We also have furnished baby needs such as a pack and play that converts into a changing station and bassinet, a high chair, a booster for table, a baby bath tub and a stationary bouncy/activity seat
