Casa Grande is situated within the luxury 5 star Mar Menor Golf resort gated community. MMGR is a premier golf/padel destination located only 15 mins from Murcia airport or 55 from Alicante. Positioned perfectly for the beaches of the Mar Menor Lagoon or the Mediterranean beaches of the Costa Blanca and La Manga. The resort has a vibrant community atmosphere with an abundance of activities. Just a short walk to the MMGR Club, which includes a gym, padel courts, mini-golf, and a restaurant. Mar Menor golf is an 18 hole championship course and only steps from the villa. As is the Ona Mar Menor Golf & Spa Hotel. The Boulevard is a 10 min walk hosting a thriving restaurant scene and an array of bars with outdoor terraces to admire a Murcian sunset. The Villa boasts a large plot with 3 separate outdoor areas to soak up the sun or seek shade. The very large heated swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres with a shallow tanning ledge where you can partially submerge while sunbathing or relaxing. The pool also includes a stunning waterfall fountain and giant luxury floating loungers. Adjacent to the pool is trendy bar which sits 8 can be used for poolside drinks or dinner. The 2nd zone is a large shaded patio with a dining table that sits 8 comfortably. Third zone is a large play area with a huge 4m by 3m trampoline and sofa. The villa has 4 spacious double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms share a family bathroom. It also offers a convenient downstairs toilet. The ground floor boasts a bright and airy spacious lounge-diner, furnished to a high standard. The fourth bedroom is also situated on the ground floor with a double sofa bed or can be used as a 2nd lounge. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the ground floor situated poolside. Large bifold doors lead to the pool/terrace, ideal for summer dining. The fully equipped stylish kitchen includes modern appliances and has direct access to the garden.
