2 Bedroom Villa in Torre-Pacheco

A very well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. This is our holiday home and as such is furnished to a high standard with all you will need for a restful and enjoyable holiday. In a quiet location 5 minutes flat walk from the 5 star hotel and resort centre. The local Spa Supermarket has moved and upgraded and is now a 15-18 min walk away
Spend time relaxing in the patio garden or in our private pool with roman steps. In the early evening soak up the sun on the roof terrace, chill out with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. We have spent the last few months improving and updating our villa. The lounge has been updated and we have a blue leather sofa. The undercover terrace has recently had glass curtains installed. This will benefit the property on windy days when you will be able to shut one side if you require. On cooler winter days they can be shut and you can enjoy the sun's warmth.
Please be aware that this is a FRONT LINE golf property and as such there is always a risk of balls being hit into the garden.There are golf nets but they occasionally do still come in .

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Mar Menor. The villa was spotless and well equipped, with a wonderful pool area (the kids spent the majority of the week in the pool!). Walking distance to bars and restaurants on the golf resort and just outside the entrance. Great location for exploring Murcia and Cartagena. The hosts were very helpful. We hope to return soon!
