Just 15 minutes away by car is Senigallia, one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Le Marche region. It is famous for its “Velvet Beach”, which is characterised by golden sand and shallow waters that are ideal for families. - an apartment for 4 people, accessed via a separate entrance from the outside, consisting of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are:
- 2 apartments for 4 people, each consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds (suitable for children and teenagers due to the low ceiling height. This loft is accessible directly from the living room and has no separating door) and a bathroom with shower;
