Featuring 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, plenty of off street parking, an outdoor shower to enjoy after a relaxing day at the beach and a sunny rooftop deck. You will enjoy quiet time on the first floor screened porch or just hanging out by the fish pond on the patio, this home has plenty of living space for all to enjoy! Take the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach for bay sports and night life or into Rehoboth for a stroll on the boardwalk, boutique shopping and the many wonderful dining spots. LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED. NARROW SPIRAL STAIRS TO 6TH BEDROOM LOFT AND BATH NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
