This is a top floor end unit in the gated community of Cedar Heights. It is conveniently located just off HWY 54 in Camdenton. This is a quieter part of the lake at the 13MM of the Big Niangua Arm, allowing for calmer water to enjoy boating, tubing, and fishing. Ballparks National Lake of the Ozarks Youth Baseball and Softball Tournament Complex is located just 11 miles away. Other nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave, Golfing, Shopping, and more. The home has an open living area, vaulted ceilings, loft, cable and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating-in. There is room for six at the table and six more at the large wrap-around counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and private access to the outdoor patio space. You can soak up the sun and take in the view on the open area of the patio or relax under the covered area, with sun shade and ceiling fan. There are two other bedrooms on the main level. One has a queen bed and direct bath access. The other main floor bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a twin bunk. The fourth bedroom is upstairs, and has a queen bed.
