All the amenities that Southern California has to offer including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Beaches, etc... is easily accessed from this location, which is a quick ride to the major freeways.This lovely home is located on a quiet street in a nice suburban neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Although the garage is not included (it is locked for storage space), there is space for two to three cars in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking.
In addition to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and indoor laundry, there is an office with high speed FIOS internet. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker.
The bedrooms have closets with plenty of space for your things. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. There is a tub in the hall bath and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom.
