Summary: Unless there have been drastic improvements to this property since we stayed there for 3 nights the end of October 2024, I cannot recommend that any paying guest stay there. I booked the house in mid-August, before the Sept 2024 2/10 review was posted. If I had seen that review before our trip I definitely would have canceled. I'm also rating the property 2/10 because it was overall a very disappointing experience for our short stay. The only positive feedback I can give is that the house sits on a nice street and is close to the concert venue, but otherwise it needs serious attention both inside and outside.Property management was responsive to my questions before our arrival, but after I reported the condition of the property to the manager, I haven't heard from them again.:-(
