This ground floor apartment is the perfect place to enjoy all the attractions that Nottingham has to offer. Access to the tram station almost on the doorstep means you can access the city with ease, there is so much to see and do here.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay including a private hot tub and driveway parking for one car.
The kitchen has all the essentials you need for a home from home stay including a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and a washing machine. All basic cooking equipment & crockery is provided.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television and internet access, with easy access to the city centre.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king size bed plus a single bed.
The second bedroom contains two single zip-loc beds which can be made into a double if required, please state on booking.
There is one main bathroom and a separate toilet room.The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower over the bath.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We are providing a double bed mattress as extra, for a 6th and 7th guest to use in the living room. Bedding will be provided at request.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out is 10am prompt, unless otherwise agreed in advance (extra charges will occur).
- Apartment is all self check in via a lockbox.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- There is free parking on the driveway for one car and ample parking across the road.
- Pets are allowed at the property at an extra costs, stated when booking.
- HotTub will be only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Weekdays if needed will be charged extra.
