Positive: conveniently located to several malls. Podium and Shagri-la plaza were very nice
Negative: the building has issues with cockroaches, and in general feels quite dated. there was a major issue with the location address listed, and the driver not knowing where to drop us off. we had to walk a long way with our bags. Be sure to know the building tower name for easy drop off. it took nearly two hours to get back to the location after being in a different part of Manila.
Summary: convenient location and affordable if you have reason to be in this area.
