Nestled amongst beautiful live oak trees, this Luxury Modern Coastal style home is the perfect place for your next Outer Banks vacation! Located in the quiet and less populated Sea Crest Village neighborhood of Southern Shores, Southern Seaclusion is just a short 5 minute walk to the gorgeous uncrowded beach. Enjoy the private outdoor oasis lounging poolside, relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a book on the wrap around deck. The plus is that the shopping and dining in Duck is only 2 miles away!
The space
Southern Seaclusion is a newly-built 2500 square foot home where luxury-style furnishings and top of the line finishes are planned throughout. Guests will enjoy their own spacious king bedrooms with large closets and private en suite bathrooms.
Enjoy gatherings in the open design kitchen and cozy living room complete with gas fireplace. The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cookware and dinnerware for those looking to prepare delicious meals in house. In addition to the standard appliances, an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Toaster and Coffee Maker are provided. Laundry is conveniently located in the hallway of the main floor. All bedrooms have been redecorated with new bedding and rugs.
Southern Seaclusion also has plenty of exterior space to enjoy! After a trip to the beach, take advantage of the convenient outdoor bathroom and showers with separate changing areas. The pool area has been refreshed with new landscaping, including a turfed lounge area. Take a break from the heat and enjoy a game of ping pong under the deck. Cook a quick meal on the gas grill (propane tank provided). Unwind at night in the private outdoor jacuzzi available year round.
