Beach Home 33 is a private four bedroom beachfront home located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort at the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Homes are a separate association within the resort offering its own amenities. Never pay a resort fee! HOME FEATURES Beach Home 33 features easy beachfront access and is close to the Captiva Village area. This charming beachfront retreat has been completely remodeled as of November 2020 and offers luxury style décor that is beachy and elegant. Plenty of open living area with state of the art kitchen and living area. Sleeping up to ten guests, all four bedrooms are unique in style and offer plenty of sleeping space. As you walk down the main hallway, you’ll notice the first two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom, to your right, is equipped with two queen beds, ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV. Across the hall is the second guest bedroom which is equipped with a queen sized bed and is connected to the hallway bathroom. As you continue walking down the hall, you’ll notice the “children’s room” to your left, which features a full sized bunk bed and flat screen TV. At the very end of the hallway you enter the master bedroom which not only offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, but you’ll also get to enjoy the peaceful views and have your own access to the outside lanai. The large screened lanai provides spacious room for family entertaining with comfortable seating and even your very own island ring game!
