Experience Captiva Island by staying in a completely updated 3-bedroom direct gulf front condo at the South Seas Island Resort. Our top-floor beach villa has sleeping for up to 8 guests and access to the association amenities, including multiple heated pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, laundry, and, of course, the world-famous Captiva Island beaches. Completely updated throughout. The main level features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with king-sized beds. Upstairs is a bedroom in the loft with two full beds and a full bathroom. Please note that there is no elevator in this building, and it's on the 2nd floor. We're also not part of the resort, meaning that you won't have access to the resort amenities, including the north end pool complex, resort restaurants or eateries, the 9-hole golf course, trolley, or other resort amenities. While you won't have resort access, you won't need it as our association provides access to multiple pools as part of the Beach Villas, tennis courts, BBQ grills, the beach, laundry, and more. There are several wonderful restaurants just outside the gates of the resort, and being at the South End, you can easily get into the Village area of Captiva for shops and dining. You'll also never pay a resort fee, save about 50% compared to resort rates, and choose your exact unit ... such as ours, which is completely renovated. This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
