Summary: What I loved: - Privacy of security of the gated and fenced in driveway and pool area - The location, 5 min walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to 30A restaurants and icecream! - Layout of the house, 2nd floor open living, dining and kitchen area, love all the big windows to see the all the birds flying from tree to tree - no backyard neighbors - huge wrap around porch on 2nd floor with outdoor furniture and hammack - 2 very comfy living areas - smart TV's in both living rooms and every bedroom - 1st floor sink, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker - 2nd floor full kitchen with oversized gas stove/oven - 1st floor screened in porch - Outdoor gas grill (connected to gas line), private pool, outdoor furniture and plenty of room to hangout - great response time from owners. They were quick to respond to the very minor issues we had. Minor issues were: - a major storm had come through the day before and earlier before we had arrived so the backyard had debri in pool and around pool area, however, a quick call and someone came quickly to clean everything up - the pool was a bit smaller and older than I had expected - at 1st we couldn't get the master shower to work. They were quick to send someone out and it turned out there was a unconventional way to turn it on. You have to PULL OUT the top small lever before you do anything else. It worked, we just didn't know how to work it at 1st. Great stay! Our family loved the house and would stay there again. Highly recommend!
