Are you looking to get out of the city and relax? Wanting to enjoy the “Sound of Silence” surrounded by towering pine and oak trees and millions of stars, then this is the perfect cabin for you. Set on 3.95 acres that overlook Beavers Bend state park and Broken Bow lake from a birds eye view you will just want to sit on the deck the entire time. Situated in the prestigious gated Cordillera edition, you wont have to worry about traffic zooming by your cabin every time you look outside. This cabin features three bedrooms and a loft with bunks and a game room. Downstairs you have two master king suites along with the living room and kitchen. There is also a half bath off of the living room area. Upstairs there is another king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the loft. The loft has bunk beds for the kids to sleep in along with a pool table. Proceed back downstairs and you will find plenty of room for entertaining with the large fully stocked kitchen and the living room. The rock fireplace is the perfect spot to warm up to on a cold evening. Outside you will find the covered hot tub along with another fireplace on the deck. Off the deck you will find a fire pit area perfect for making s'mores and a playground for the kids.

Summary: The house was beautiful and we loved the layout. Inside and out you could be in a separate area but still with everyone else. Hot tub was huge. The beds were comfortable but pillows could be replaced. They were flat. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware. Our only need was a cutting board and Pyrex/casserole dish. We actually entered into the wrong gate and got a little lost. The property management company was very helpful and stayed on the phone with us until we found it. Cell service is spotty but who needs that on vacation anyway. Just as an FYI - Cell service/internet spotty throughout the park. Very nice view everywhere you look. There are cabins on both sides but are far enough away you feel isolated. If you’re looking for a quiet place with the loudest thing being the wind blowing thru the pine trees then The Sound of Silence is for you.
