Luxury townhouse located in the resort-style community of Sawgrass. This townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,680 SF of space. The 1st floor has a full-bedroom suite including seating room, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor patio area. The garage has plenty of storage for bikes, beach equipment and even has an extra sink in the back for cleaning up before heading into the house. The 2nd floor offers an open concept feel around a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large island perfect for entertaining. The dining room has seating for 6 and just off the dining room is a small outdoor porch. The rear of the townhouse opens directly into the large living room with a gas fireplace and nice size deck overlooking the woods, perfect for outdoor dining or picking crabs. Three more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including standup shower and soaking tub. Down the hallway are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Rounding out this floor is the laundry room.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.
