It is surrounded by a garden and a terrace and this is the ideal place to sunbathe on one of the 8 sunbeds or cool down in the outside shower from time to time. The great garden is very well cared and there you will find a barbecue to cook delicious meats and vegetables. The furnished porch is the suitable place to celebrate wonderful evenings. You will find animals like goats, separated by a fence, at the property. The house has the traditional Majorcan style with a lot of personality, and it is stone revetted. The owner cares about environment and has installed solar panels. The plot is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.
The 2-storey house offers accommodation for 8 guests looking for quietness and individuality. the comfortable living room is equipped with a wood fireplace, a sofa, a DVD and CD player as well as a TV set with German, English and Spanish satellite channels. The traditional kitchen has access to the outside and it will be the chef's favorite place. It counts with everything you may need to cook, including a gas hob and a dishwasher. The dining table has room for 10 people. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the independent laundry. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as an independent bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, by the sea, but you can also go to the course in Pollensa, in the mountains. A car is needed.
