With spectacular panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay and natural treetops of the nearby valley, relaxation is a given while staying at Sol Haven. The beautiful nordic interior design of this family home makes you appreciate the architectural design and many luxe finishes, and best of all - your family get to enjoy the heated pool year long.
Youll love the open plan living from the modern kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher) that allows for fun entertaining and dining extending to the vast deck with bbq, or retreat to the inside fireplace, deep seated lounge and foosball for fun. Aircons throughout (in each bedroom/lounge) and also hydronic heating.
The deck deserves a special mention as its no doubt going to be where you all love unwinding with a drink and nibbles or just read and snooze. It is mostly undercover but to extend the shade there are two large umbrellas if you need to escape the sun.
NBN wifi is provided, a large screen Smart TV and a coffee machine. And books and games to enjoy also.
With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms your family is spoilt for choice. The master King bedroom has bay views and a large ensuite and walk in robe. The 2nd guest Queen bedroom also has an ensuite. The 3rd and 4th King Single bedrooms both share a bathroom. Any work from home needs are met in the office upstairs.
The pool is electric heated so youll be able to enjoy it throughout the year. Shaded outdoor lounges in the pool area allow for close supervision if not joining in the pool activities.
There is ample parking for guests with a boat/trailer or jet ski and the u-shaped drive way caters for 4-5 cars.
Nearby beaches are South Beach Mount Martha and scattered up to Mornington there are several small ones you can stop at, and 5 mins south is Safety Beach and Dromana all along the bay to Portsea. Fun activities in our area are Dromana Drive-in, the famous Pillars (must take care here), Bass Flinders gin distillery and make your own candle at Red Hill Candles.
Sorry no pets, no smoking and no parties and must observe quiet hours 11pm-8am. Guests over 28 years of age, family bookings preferred, no groups accepted for hens/bucks.
All guests to comply with the Guest Agreement and council by laws. Refundable Bond of $2500 is payable.
