Positive: The main advantage of this hotel is its location – it is very convenient and accessible. Another advantage is the staff, the staff was always helpful and responsive. Whenever we contacted the reception or asked for assistance, they did their best to help and provide a solution.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning in our rooms did not cool the rooms properly, and we found the rooms very hot. The beds were another major issue. The single beds broke in two of our rooms. They were replaced, but we were given folding spring beds that were not stable. In the end, we had to put the mattress directly on the floor and sleep on it. Another issue was the design of the showers. The toilet is in a separate room with a door, but the shower area is completely open and has no door for privacy.
