The Snowflake Getaway is a recently remodeled townhome conveniently located in Flattops View Village on Steamboat Mountain. On the main level of the house, a cozy living room with stone fireplace along with a well-equipped kitchen for all your meal prepping needs. A large dining room table that seats 8 and 4 more spots up at the kitchen bar to accommodate a group. A large private hot tub is located off the back porch for guests to enjoy.
Second floor where you will find the master bedroom complete with a large, comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. A private office with high-speed internet is right off the master for anyone needing to work remotely. This floor also features a laundry room, and two more bedrooms with king beds, both with ensuite bathrooms.
On the third floor, you can sit back on a large section and wind down your day watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen tv. There are two more bedrooms on that floor, one with a king bed and the other with has twin bunk bed along with a double bed. ¾ bathroom is also located on this floor.
There is an attached heated private garage for 2 cars and 1 more can park in the driveway (no street parking allowed). The city bus stop is 20 feet from the backdoor to take you downtown or to Steamboat Mountain. This townhome is a half-of-a-mile walk to Steamboat Mountain’s Gondola Square and several dining options.
