A lovely apartment set within an apartment building with easy access (via lift) to all floors. The apartment is accessible by two lifts.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has 4 comfortable different UK-sized beds (1 double in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and 1 double sofa bed in the living area). The apartment is suitable for groups/ families.
This is an amazing quality designed accommodation. It is bright and has neutral and light decor throughout.
It is fully equipped for long term and short term rentals and comes with all domestic appliances. The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix, Free WiFi, Free Parking

The apartment has all appliances including a double oven, hob, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, etc. Kitchenware includes cooking pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.
The apartment has universal electric sockets in case you forgot your adapter plug. The bathroom cabinet has a shaver socket and a hairdryer.
The entire apartment is for guests to use.
The office is open between 10.00am and 8.00pm (Monday to Friday). We are available on email and telephone on the weekends.
Enfield Town is a vibrant but calm and relaxed neighbourhood. The other residences at Tower Point are friendly but private.
A 4-minute walk from Enfield Shopping Centre.
7 minutes walk to Enfield Town Station - 40 minutes train journey to Central London.
Nearest Bustop is a 1 -minute's walk away .
We have a secure underground car park if you need parking, just don't forget to request parking when you book.

Summary: The property was just as described, spacious, tastefully decorated and had the essentials I needed for my stay, including ample supply of additional linens and towels. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable as it is currently 2 single beds joint together but was otherwise manageable. Very clean and came with sufficient utensils for my use. Check-in was smooth and communication with the property from booking to checkout was excellent. Whenever I needed anything, the managers were very responsive and helpful. Ample parking and perfect location within easy reach of the shopping centre, eateries and the overground station that goes straight into Liverpool Street. This was my first VRBO experience and I would use it again and also stay at this property again.
