Our home is a trendy modern industrial rustic4-story townhome with stained concrete, an amazing roof top patio view of downtown in the hip EaDo community. We are centrally located and a quick 3-minute drive to several top locations in the city. The kitchen provides cookware, coffee maker & toaster if you would like to cook at home instead!

Summary: The home had a nice living room and kitchen. Check in and check out were easy and the host communicated well. He provided adequate supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry soap) There was one part of the listing that was confusing. There is a bathroom with a shower in the basement bedroom and a bathroom with a shower that is only accessible from the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor (no hallway access). The bathroom in the kitchen does not have a shower which I was under the impression it did based on the listing. That could be weird based on who you're traveling with. For this school trip, I took the basement bedroom so I didn't have to enter student bedrooms to access the shower. Parent chaperones were fine with the shared bathroom for them and their kids. Rajesh also worked with us to let us check in early so we didn't have to haul some very heavy luggage all over Houston. He was also gracious and said if we had unopened groceries that we couldn't take, we could leave them for the cleaners or next guests to enjoy.
